+ Do you serve other alcohol besides beer?
We now serve our "Gimme Some Water Hard Seltzer" with 7 flavor options. It is gluten-friendly , lower calorie. 4.2 ABV%.
You can also bring in your own 750 ml ottle of wine and pay our $8 set-up fee to drink it in our taproom!
ALL OTHER OUTSIDE DRINKS ARE PPROHIBITED BY LAW
+ Are children allowed in the taproom?
Yes Bald Man is all ages until 8pm every night.
+ Are dogs allowed in the taproom?
No, unfortunately not. As much as we love dogs, the city of Eagan will not allow them inside the taproom. Although, we DO allow dogs our on our patio!! (You can walk through to the patio)
+ Do you allow food in the taproom?
Yes! We have food trucks here almost every night of the week (except Monday) we also serve Heggie's + Brick Oven Bus Frozen Pizza.
+ Do you fill other breweries' growlers?
No. We have a machine that pre-fills all our growlers which gives you the highest quality growler on the market which last unopened much longer than typical grolwers.
+ Can I reserve a table?
We do not take reservations for our tables.

+ How large are the tanks in the brewhouse?
Our fementing tanks hold up to 44 barrels of beer which is approx 1,328 gallons.
